It’s time to hire professional movers…
Now that you’ve decided to hire professional movers, I will walk you through the process.
Click here to fill out a contact form describing your move and we will respond with a quote within 24 hours or less. Or you can give us a call 858-257-0537 and Darren will happily give you a quote over the phone. The more details you can provide, the more accurate your estimate will be. Please include the following information in your description:
- Residential home, commercial property, office, or storage unit, (if residential specify house or apartment building)
- Single story or multi-level
- Stairs or elevators
- Approximate square footage
- Number of rooms
- Travel distance in minutes from current location to new location (or provide addresses so we may calculate drive time fee)
- Desired moving date(s)
- Specialty or fragile items that may require ordering additional packing supplies
Once you receive your quote and are ready to book your move, we secure your moving date with a deposit. Once the deposit is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. At this time, you will be able to look over the details and let us know if any changes need to be made. Included will be a sample copy of the moving services agreement which covers the legalities and insurance specifications. You will find the agreement includes a price list as well, should you need to order packing supplies.
Our movers will arrive promptly and begin preparing your belongings for transport. The more prepared you are by having everything boxed and easily accessible when the movers arrive, the quicker the process will be. Our movers are able to disassemble and reassemble furniture for you at no extra charge.
Billing and Payments
After the move is complete one of the movers will go over the bill with you. You will be billed from the time the movers arrive at your location until all of your belongings have been transported and unloaded into your new location. Any remaining balance is processed via cash or credit. Our professional movers work very hard, so if you are pleased with their services they would greatly appreciate gratuity, but this is not required nor expected. A receipt can be printed or emailed to you upon request. Last but not least, we ask that you please leave us a Yelp or Google Business review if we have met or exceeded your expectations! A referral is the greatest compliment and we truly appreciate it.
