Apartment Moving? Special Insurance Requirements?
Do you live in an apartment building and need moving help? Don’t worry. Our professional movers are highly experienced when it comes to navigating apartment moves. Many buildings require proof that moving companies working in their buildings have sufficient liability insurance. A unique certificate must be requested (prior to your moving day) from our insurance agent. The certificate specifies the building, management company, tenant, and other parties. One certificate for each location is included free. This process normally takes a 1-2 business days to complete.
YOU MUST SPEAK WITH YOUR MANAGEMENT COMPANY BEFORE WE CAN COMPLETE THIS CERTIFICATE
Most of the time property management is already familiar with this process, and all they need is our contact info. Please send all requests to turath@sandiegomoving.com. If your management company is unfamiliar with the requirements, please request these items:
