Residential movers for every kind of home.
Apartments, condos and houses, including moves with more than one stop.
Every room, every box.
From a studio apartment to a four-bedroom house, every home move gets the same care: furniture wrapped in pads, floor runners down, and everything placed where you want it in your new home.
Apartment and condo moves come with extra details like elevator bookings, HOA rules and loading zones. Our apartment movers sort those out with you before move day, so the crew isn’t waiting at the curb. Many downtown buildings require a certificate of insurance (COI) with a set amount of coverage, and we can provide one.

Residential FAQs.
How much does it cost to move a house in San Diego?
It depends on the size of your home, how much is moving, the distance, and stairs or elevators at both ends. Pick your home size in the quote form to see an estimate in about a minute, or call for a free quote.
Can you move just a few items or one room?
Yes. Choose “Room or less” in the quote form, or call and tell us what’s moving.
What shouldn’t I pack for the movers?
Keep anything flammable or hazardous out of the boxes: propane tanks, gasoline, paint thinner, pool chemicals, fireworks or ammunition. Perishable food and plants are best taken yourself, and keep cash, jewelry, medication and important papers with you.
Do you handle condo and HOA moves?
Yes. We help with elevator bookings and building rules and work with your manager before move day.
Does my building need a certificate of insurance?
Many apartment and condo buildings, especially downtown, require one. Tell us what your building manager needs and we’ll send the COI before move day.
Can you pack my home for me?
Yes. Packing and unpacking can be added to any home move.
Do you bring blankets and wrap?
Yes. High-quality furniture blankets and unlimited stretch wrap are included, and floors and doorways are protected before anything is carried out.
