Moving into a new home is an exciting time. If you are buying or selling your home, rest assured that we understand the escrow process and are flexible enough to make this a smooth transition.

Now that you’ve decided to hire professional movers, I will walk you through the process.

Click here for a quick and easy quote online. Or you can give us a call 858-257-0537 and Darren will happily give you a quote over the phone. If you choose to use our online booking software, you simply enter the logistics of your move and you will receive an estimate via email. Your quote can be viewed and managed on your account page. You can enter your inventory for a more accurate estimate. The following information is helpful to have on hand:

  • Property type
  • Address or zip code
  • Stairs or elevators
  • Desired moving date
  • Specialty or fragile items that may require ordering additional packing supplies
  • Please note any pianos, pool tables, large safes, play structures, etc. in your inventory list.

Once you receive your quote and are ready to book your move, you’ll just follow the prompts, pay the deposit and confirm your move date. This is all done online.

 

Moving Day

Our movers will arrive promptly and begin preparing your belongings for transport. The more prepared you are by having everything boxed and easily accessible when the movers arrive, the quicker the process will be. Our movers are able to disassemble and reassemble furniture for you at no extra charge.

 

Billing and Payments

After the move is complete one of the movers will go over the bill with you. You will be billed from the time the movers arrive at your location until all of your belongings have been transported and unloaded into your new location. Any remaining balance is processed via cash or credit. Our professional movers work very hard, so if you are pleased with their services they would greatly appreciate gratuity, but this is not required nor expected. A copy of your bill of lading and payment receipt will be emailed to you. Last but not least, we ask that you please leave us a Yelp  or Google Business review if we have met or exceeded your expectations! A referral is the greatest compliment and we truly appreciate it.
